Tuesday August 30 Lecture

Lecture- We talked about all different types of art forms. Some recognizable, some interesting. From prehistoric times, to modern times. I myself have a thing for graffiti. Although i have no skill in it whatsoever, it is visually pleasing to my eyes. The creativity and passion that goes into it is beyond awesome.

A lot of vibrant colors and expressions can be made through graffiti. The graffiti artist takes his time to add the special touches to express his emotions. When it comes to graffiti, every artist has a different style. Most cannot be replicated so that is what makes graffiti unique to 1 artist.

Regardless of  the time, there has always been in impact on art over time. It doesnt necessarily need to be paint and colors; literature and music are also considered a type of art. I also learned how the font TRAJAN,  came to be. I now see that it is used in many movie posters. Its interesting to see how its come a long way into our society and how often we see it on a daily basis.
